This Return and Refund Policy applies to all 3D modeling courses offered by Salongrglamie. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your course enrollment within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. This 14-day period is known as the "cooling-off period."
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the contact information provided at the end of this policy.
Full Refund (Within 14 Days): If you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase and before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee paid.
Partial Refund (After Course Start): If you cancel after the course has started but within the first 25% of the course duration, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the course completed, minus any administrative fees.
No Refund (After 25% Completion): Once you have completed more than 25% of the course, you are not eligible for a refund. This is because you have received substantial course content and materials.

We will process your refund request within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
In the event that we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. We will notify you as soon as possible if a course cancellation becomes necessary and will provide alternative options when available.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to transfer to a future course date, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date. A transfer fee may apply, and the difference in course pricing (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

If you experience a medical emergency, family bereavement, or other significant life event that prevents you from completing a course, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions such as course extensions or partial refunds at our discretion.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you have the right to raise a complaint. Please contact us in writing, and we will review your case. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider or seek legal advice.
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, any changes will not affect refunds for purchases made before the policy change.
